Equity Works is a Not for Profit organisation; our services spread across the Sunshine Coast. We have operated on the Sunshine Coast for more than 22 years.

Our staff have access to salary packaging ($15k+ tax free), paid training, and opportunities to develop their own skills across a wide range of service areas.
Equity Works operates under the SCHADS Award and staff are paid a range of allowances (dependent on their role), including first aid, vehicle and phone. Being able to use your own vehicle for work is an advantage.
Our staff have the opportunity work in teams in our home style environments as well as individually supporting people out and about in the community.
